My stay was disappointing despite the hotel's prime location near Times Square. The room was cramped and did not match the more modern photos I saw online. While the staff was attentive and some dining options were decent, the overall experience didn't justify the price.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is absolutely unbeatable, just steps from Times Square, making it easy to enjoy the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which I truly appreciated after long days of exploring. However, the service at the reception was not ideal; they initially misplaced my booking and didn’t handle my questions very well. Also, the breakfast options were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it has great potential, but there were areas that need improvement.
